WHAT DO WE OFFER

Are you a teacher that is struggling? Do you have a teacher in your school that is struggling? We offer bespoke mentorship to suit the needs of individual teachers and what they are seeking from their development and growth. 

Are you trying to share opportunities with Black Teachers? Do you have job vacancies you would like to share? We can do that across our social media platforms and mailing list for a fixed fee.

Transforming the education system requires intervention at all stages. Initial Teacher Training is often an area where issues amongst Black Teachers begin to arise. We offer services to ITT providers to help ensure their Black Teachers have the necessary support during their training year and beyond. This will include mentorship, CPD, continuous support, bespoke training and more. Prices begin at £3000.

We often get inundated with questions and requests for support and help that people are encountering in the classroom and beyond. It can be difficult to support everyone. Our 1 2 1's can support you with your queries and give you the support you need. This service is for :

• Teachers (all levels)
• Senior Leaders
• NQT's and Trainees
• Teaching Assistants 
• Parents

This service is £25 and is open on Monday evenings only between 5-7pm

This is a bespoke workshop offered to educators from an African/Caribbean background. This workshop allows educators to express and discuss issues they are dealing with in a safe space and also helps to give tangible solutions to these issues. This workshop also includes a bespoke keynote called 'We Need You' where we ask Black educators to look in on themselves and really focus on their WHY! This is the perfect workshop for all Black educators.
