EXCELLING IN EDUCATION - THE CONFERENCE

The Excelling in Education Conference was one of the first of its kind to be hosted by a grassroots organisation like us. Our overall aim at Black Teachers Connect is to not only support the recruitment of Black teachers in the system but to also ensure that we have sufficient retention. The aim of the event was for each teacher and leader to feel as though they can achieve excellence and have the tools to be able to support them in getting there.
